Wrong size, wrong width, or simply not the shoe you pictured — the way back runs through the partner store.
Since checkout and delivery are handled by our retail partners, returns go back the same road: the store where you completed the purchase accepts the return and issues the refund. Their order page has the return button and the label.
Our partners honor a 30-day return window on most items. Try the shoes on indoors, on a clean floor, the way you would try any pair — unworn outsoles and the original box keep the process painless.
Most exchanges in barefoot footwear are half a size in one direction. Before you send anything back, take two minutes with the fit guide and measure in centimeters — it is quicker than a second round trip, and it usually explains what went wrong. Most partners handle an exchange as a return plus a fresh order, which is the fastest route to the right box.
If the box arrives with the wrong pair inside, or with damage from the trip, photograph it and report it on the partner’s order page right away — those claims are replaced or refunded at no cost. Stuck anywhere in the process? [email protected] and we will help you find the right door.
